The best way to figure out shipping costs is to add products to your cart. Since we work with numerous vendors, it is impossible for us to list all shipping costs. However, each product's description will have shipping costs listed, so be sure to check there. If you get totally confused, feel free to contact us for further information.
The return policy for our products (USA - Universal Strength Apparatus) is as follows:
You may return USA to us within 30 days of purchasing to receive a full refund less Shipping & Handling Costs. USA must be in brand new condition and include all the accessories that you have received with it. For detailed instructions on how to return it to us, please contact us. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
Please note that we do NOT have an unlimited waranty on the USA's. You only have 30 days to examine them and should you find that this product is not for you, or you find something wrong with it to return it for an exchange or refund.
Please note that it is your responsiblity to provide us with a correct and safe address to deliver your goods to. Should the tracking infromation show that your package was delivered to you, but you have not received it, we cannot be held liable for your neighbors actions. We are NOT responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. Please take it up with your local postal facility.
Please also note, that after 30 days we will not be able to refund nor exchange the USA.
As for all other products sold on our site, the standard return policy is 30 days for a full money back guarantee, less shipping & handling costs and restocking fees apply for DVD's. If any DVD is opened there's going to be a 20% restocking fee. If Kicking Videos from Paul Zaichik's collection are opened there's going to be a 50% restocking fee.
We recommend you contact us for details on how to return the products should you no longer wish to keep them. However, for the most part please keep in mind that you only have 30 days to return them.
