What is different about these gloves as opposed
to regular weight lifting gloves?
Let us walk through the features of this body
The inside part of the finger, which you place
on the bar to do pull ups, chin ups, rows, etc is specifically padded to allow
for comfortable grip, while avoiding calluses. This allows you to stay on the
bar longer and work on your movement, while not worrying about damage to the
skin and keep your hands warm in the cold weather.
The palm is padded for dips, pushups and other
pressing movement. The feel of having your hands protected and supported, while
on the street, allows you to bang out the reps at perfect precision.
We are not done yet. The back of the glove has
special thick padding. Now you can do as many knuckle pushups as you like for
added range of motion and wrist stability and strength. The skin and bone of
your knuckles is sheltered in a nice and comfortable position. You can thus
focus on your pushups to the fullest.
Guess what, we even made sure the back of your
knuckles are protected. You can do moves that you never before thought
possible. For example back of the knuckle pushups and triceps presses, for
superior triceps work and back of the wrist strength for powerful punches and
strength balance in your forearm.
Unlike the weightlifting gloves, BWC BodyWeight
Training Gloves completely protect your whole hand from dust, dirt or rust.
To find out your glove size, measure (in inches)
around your hand with a tape measure at the place indicated by the red
line (just below the knuckles). You should use your dominant hand, the
right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed.
These are the same as your measurement in inches. Round up or down to the nearest size.
