After receiving feedback from many of you most of the interest was in the following two courses which we've decided to run.
 

Bodyweight Training in Depth
 
This course covers every muscle group and shows how bodyweight training can target any specific muscle group or a needed movement. The world of bodyweight training is taken out of contest of a few popular exercises such as dips and crunches and explored through its full spectrum. A person walking away from this course will know how to train for any specific goal using only his or her own weight.

 

You will learn

 

Bodyweight training is much more than a few variations of pushups, sit ups and chin ups. It’s a science of its own. This course teaches you how to train any where at any time for any specific goal. You will be surprised to learn that using a great variety of bodyweight training techniques, anyone of the following can achieve their goal with only bodyweight training:

 

  • A bodybuilder
  • A combatant
  • Someone trying to loose weight
  • Someone who want to tone up.
  • Someone who wants to gain weight.

 

You will learn hundreds and hundreds of bodyweight exercises that add fun and variety to every workout, even if you don’t train purely bodyweight.
 

If you know the ins and out of bodyweight training, there is no muscle group and no movement than can’t be trained purely with bodyweight. A gym full of equipment can be replaced by bodyweight training if the knowledge of this vast field is present.

 

This course is taught as the upper body/ lower body split for the most part. You can choose to workout 4 or 6 times a week. Every week you get the follow along instruction for that week.

 

If you decide to do only bodyweight training for these three months, it will be an eye opening journey.

Splits and Flexibility in Depth
 
This course goes in depths into the ElasticSteel principles and how they are applied to general flexibility and splits. Muscle groups and their respective stretches are taught in correct sequences. Many modalities that assist in muscle relaxation and facilitate stretching techniques are explained.

You will learn

  • Muscle sequencing and how specific muscles influence the flexibility of other muscle groups.
  • How difference technique influence muscle elasticity.
  • Many modalities of muscles relaxation will be explored:
  • Nutrition
  • Palpation
  • Massage
  • Acupressure
  • Fatigue
  • Etc.
  • The focus of this class will be on splits as well as flexibility of all muscle groups.
  • You will learn how to place yourself in positions where a muscle is being stretched; rather than attempt is made to increase the joint angle.
  • You will learn how to combine the principles of reciprocal inhibition, PNF and extended length conditioning for safest and optimal stretching routines.
  • A part of the seminars will focus on the fact that not all stretches are created equal and how to pick the best stretches for your goals.  

The goal of this seminar is maximal flexibility at the completion of the course.

 
Once again with each course you will receive:
  • Each week a new video with follow along instructions and explanations on what you need to focus on for that week, with progression from one week to the next.
  • Feedback on what you are doing right or wrong based on videos and/or pictures that you send in for evaluation for that week, to help guide you and give you maximum results
  • You will be able to access videos of weekly instructions as many times as you want to for that particular week from anywhere in the world as long as you have a computer and internet connection.
  • After the course is completed you will receive the whole course (12 weeks of videos) in a DVD format viewable on any computer.
