I am collecting stretching/flexibility material since the late 80’s. I have never written a review before, but now I am writing this ElasticSteel Review as a thank you for an effective product that has change my opinion of stretching. Paul Zaichik does an excellent job not only covering the stretching techniques themselves, but other supplementary things. The massage section was very helpful to get over the wall that I find impossible to get over otherwise. The split specific warm up took the guess work of how to warm up for splits. The warm up by itself is a great leg workout and I use it as such. Other things covered in the DVD are also great addition to my knowledge. Posture exercises, correct sequence of muscle stretching is really a wealth of information. My only complaint at the beginning was the fact that Paul would do 4 steps in the split specific warm up, and not do the full 8-12 steps for the me to follow. I got over that after a few workouts. Overall this is a great DVD. It encompasses 95% of the material of all the stretching material in my collection put together. And many features are unique to this particular DVD. In comparison with all the other material on stretching that I own I give this product a perfect 10.

I've been following this DVD for about 5 weeks, what I've found is that the pain in my joints has disappeared. And to think that I was only doing the general conditioning along with light stretching, extended length conditioning and deep stretches for only a week!
I'm a martial artist and have always been trying to kick too high and stretch too hard without any conditioning aimed specifically at this topic, in my martial arts class. Just eliminating joint pain has increased my range of motion in my kicks.
Paul Zaichik definitely knows what he is doing, and his method is by far the best method for splits and flexibility. I'm very happy with how my training is progressing since I've started using elasticsteel.
