Allow us to introduce you to USA (UniversalStrength Apparatus). USA is a suspension bodyweight training system which can be used by anyone, anywhere, anytime. We've been using the USA for our own training for a while before deciding to share it with the rest of the world.
"I have recently ordered the USA apparatus. It was shipped to me in the exact time you stated. I must say the quality and versatility of the product is nearly unmatched. This thing is great!!!! Thank you again for the prompt service and the quality product. I believe the greatest compliment for a product and service is wether or not I would recommend it to others. The answer is a huge yes!!!! Thank you again. What a great product!!!!" ~Ronni Maine
"Got mine today. I hung it from my door gym. Did some pushups, dips, body rows, pullovers with it. Seemed nice and solid and got a good workout. The pushups were much harder than using handles, and the dips were even more so. Got a great workout. Dips are MUCH harder on the USA than on something stable. Same for pushups, rows, pretty much anything I've tried to do with it. It's a great intensifier""
"I just got one of these things and love it. you'll be amazed how doing almost any kind of workout on one of these affects the abs.. Awesome ! " ~ Art from Racine, WI
The advantage of USA over all the other fully suspension products on the market, such as gymnastic rings is that it can be climbed. It is designed to be climbed with hands only. Different climbs are designed for different fitness levels. An incline climb is a relatively fundamental exercise for beginner. A fully suspended pull-up climb is designed for intermediate amount of coordination and upper body strength. Advanced USA users can do the power-ups and other hard core exercises.
"Got mine today. Awesome functional tool. Right on guys. Thanks for putting these on the market. They are better than the TRX or the Elite Rings I have. Far more multi-dimensional". ~ Zen Kahuna
"The handles are the best part. I would do five reps and then go down a rung and repeat until I couldn't go any lower and then I worked my way back up. I also wasn't expecting my grip / forearms to get the workout they did. I'm glad I got the 100 lb grippers while I was waiting for the USA on backorder"~Kanegs
At the same time Multi Level Handle design allows the user to switch levels easily. Higher handles are for beginners, while lower handles provide increased challenge. Many exercises that call for quick resistance change are possible. Multi Level Handles allow for exercises not possible with any other apparatus. Examples include Overhead Arm Blaster, Dip-Pull, Chin-Support Hold and many others.
"This unique training accessory can take your bodyweight workouts to the next level by introducing a variety of new exercises and challenging exercise variations." ~ Josh
The foot attachment allows for a large variety of mid-section and lower body strength and flexibility exercises. These include Mountain Climber, Crab Curls, Jack Knives, and many others.
Finally the hook over the bar attachment design allows to adjust the height of the apparatus to place the foot attachment exactly where you need it. All partially suspended exercises such as pushups, rows, and fly's are easily adjustable.
"Buy it. It's been great for rehabing my strained rotator cuff and the versatility over rings is nothing short of incredible." ~ Jerry Prine
"I'm telling you, I thought it had to be a gimmick at first but I got one anyway. Now it's part of my everyday routines. Rings? Resetting the height is a pain. TRX? Limited range of motion as compared to the USA, plus you have to stop and adjust the cams to lengthen or shorten the straps. Just set up the USA and go. No stopping for adjustments. As you can tell, I'm a fan. Hey BC, put me on the payroll! LOL!" J.d. Black
"I love the USA! I have a TRX Strap and a 2 USA's I use. USA is the best. I can have a gym at any park. I love it!" ~Jose Carrillo
There is no other bodyweight suspension training apparatus on the market that can give you more freedom of exercise and work out choice than the USA!
"I've been using my USA for almost 2 months now and I absolutely love it. I was messing around with it and came up with a great press movement. At first I didn't think this would do anything other than work the core, but the first time I tried this my shoulders were burning after about 5 reps. I can put out a good number of hand-stand pushups, but my shoulders didn't feel like they did after using the USA like that." ~ Angry Man
Strength & Power are quite different from each other. To understand what we mean visualize two bench press benches side by side. Each one has 200 lbs of iron loaded. Two people lay down, one on each bench. Each one is instructed to do as many reps as they can as quickly as possible. Each pumps out 10 reps. First guys does 10 reps in 10 seconds, second guy does 10 reps in 5 seconds. Although we don't know which one of them is stronger, we know for sure that the guy who is faster is more powerful. The reason is that that power = force over time. The faster it takes you to do something (shorter time) the more powerful you are. USA was designed to develop strength and then power - explosive power that is. This is the only system on the market that is used for explosive bodyweight power.
Just think of Power-Ups (regular pull-ups with a jump), you have to move your body fast enough to carry your bodyweight high enough to reach the next step. This is a clear example of power. To understand this concept think of it this way, an athlete needs POWER. For instance a wrestler doesn't gently pull his opponent into a throw, he jerks as fast as he can - that's power. A boxer doesn't slowly push his hand into an opponent, he jerks (throws) his hand quickly to knock him out - that's power.
Being strong conditions an athlete, but being powerful makes him a champion and USA can get him there!
Of course if you are not an athlete you can fully utilize USA for your all your training needs. You may not need power, but you should want to have it. After all, physical power is the goal most of us set for ourselves and with the USA you can be as powerful as you want to be.
"While finishing up my instructor certification for Body Pump for the heck of it, I decided to use my USA to help me memorize my rep sequences (choreography) for some of the 10 teaching tracks (i.e. warmup, squat track, chest, back, tricep, bicep, abs, shoulders, etc ). It was BRUTAL beyond belief!!!45 rather uncoordinated minutes on the USA is burning a wicked 900 cals for me right now, and I'm a 140 lb. gal." ~ Monkey Girl
